We seek a **People Management Coordinator with regional responsibility for Northeast Brazil**, overseeing **four business units**, responsible for implementing HR strategies across operational units, supporting leaders, and ensuring compliance, team engagement, and development. **Direct involvement in waste handling operations, sanitary landfills, and related activities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work closely with operations, supporting **local leaders;** * Lead and support **Recruitment & Selection** for operational and administrative positions; * Develop and monitor **Training & Development initiatives and IDPs (Individual Development Plans);** * Act as a partner to leaders on performance management and **organizational climate;** * Manage **job classification and compensation** processes and internal mobility; * Monitor and analyze **HR metrics**, proposing continuous improvements; * Promote **employee engagement and internal communication** initiatives; * Conduct frequent visits to regional units; * **Lead and develop** the HR team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid generalist HR experience, preferably in operational environments; * Experience managing teams; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields; * Experience in waste management, sanitation, industrial, or construction companies; * Knowledge of decentralized/multi-unit environments. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Group Life Insurance; * Partnership with TotalPass. **Work Modality: 100% IN-PERSON** The **Solví Group** has environmental protection embedded in its DNA, working to meet society’s basic needs and committing to leave a sustainable legacy for future generations.
