Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Indicator and Documentation Management:** * Work in Human Resources, contract management, and documentary auditing, emphasizing organization, compliance, and efficiency in processes related to occupational safety and health. * Monitor and track monthly hiring, termination, and leave indicators, ensuring information accuracy and timely updates in relevant systems and portals. **Document Submission Coordination:** * Ensure timely submission of all required documents to HR, Controller’s Office, and Finance departments related to contracts managed by USSMA. * Maintain constant communication with contract managers to ensure all required documents are submitted within established deadlines. **Documentary Audit and Compliance:** * Monitor receipt and organization of documents through internal directories such as "Alfresco" or any other implemented platform. * Conduct detailed analysis of received documents, identifying and reporting non-conformities to ensure fulfillment of all contractual and legal requirements. **Audit File and Portal Management:** * Organize and manage documentary files within the "Alfresco" system, ensuring all documents are properly archived in the corresponding contract folders and audit portals. * Regularly update contract audit portals with information on new hires, terminated employees, and other relevant events such as admissions, terminations, and leaves. **Integration with RM and e-Social Systems:** * Extract e-Social-related events (e.g., admissions and terminations) from the RM system and ensure accurate posting of this information in audit portals. * Populate contract audit portals with all monthly documents received, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources, Contract Management, or related areas is highly valued. * Experience in HR routines, accountability reporting, and administrative activities is considered a plus. * Experience in document analysis and auditing, as well as use of document management systems, is desirable. * Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with openness to change and adaptation. * Ability to collaborate effectively, integrate well into multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate strong communication skills. * Proactivity, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to optimize internal processes are considered differentiating factors. **Additional Information** Workload: 220 hours per month (administrative schedule) — Monday to Friday Meal Allowance + Health Plan: With co-payment (optional) + Dental Plan: (optional) + Transportation Allowance: Optional Founded on February 21, 1937, by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and a focus on optimal outcomes.
