Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for?** A responsive and proactive professional. **Your day-to-day will include:** A professional responsible for **maintaining highly complex applications and interfaces**, ensuring stability, performance, and operational continuity of manufacturing systems. Focus areas include **diagnosis**, **problem resolution**, **technical improvements**, **database management**, and **web programming languages**. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain manufacturing applications and interfaces listed in the systems catalog: web platform, client-server, SCADA (industrial), and MES (industrial); * Perform advanced troubleshooting involving integrations, databases, and industrial systems, ensuring rapid fault recovery; * Analyze application performance, identify and resolve issues, and propose and implement improvements; * Document solutions, workflows, technical procedures, manuals, and reports to ensure organization and traceability; * Design information flows and inventory software/hardware as needed for technical understanding of requirements; * Prepare and deliver training sessions, producing clear and up-to-date technical content; * Provide technical consulting on maintenance-related topics, proposing improvements and advising client departments; * Specify and implement integrations between internal systems, third-party systems, and ERPs, focusing on stability and corporate standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or IT Engineering; * Excel (including Macro usage); * ITIL; * Knowledge of service management methodologies (PMI or Agile — without focus on project leadership); * Web programming languages; * Databases (Oracle and SQL). **Desirable qualifications:** * Certifications: BPM, ITIL, COBIT, Microsoft, SAP. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **NOTE:** Hey!
