Team management and technical knowledge **About the position:** * We are looking for a Workshop Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate our workshop’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The candidate must have experience in team management, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise the workshop’s mechanics and technicians; * Ensure the quality of services provided to customers; * Plan and coordinate daily workshop activities; * Manage inventory of parts and materials; * Maintain workplace safety and organization; * Resolve conflicts and issues arising during vehicle repair processes; * Regularly report to the manager on team performance and workshop results. **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as an automotive mechanic or technician; * Leadership and team management skills; * Knowledge of automotive parts and components; * Ability to efficiently solve problems; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Technical or vocational training in the automotive field.
