Focus on high performance and excellence in customer service **Store Manager** ------------------- We seek a professional with a strategic mindset and inspirational leadership to manage a local unit located in major shopping malls in Salvador. The main focus will be people management and achieving high-performance targets, ensuring excellence in customer service and team productivity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily sales indicators and store metrics. * Analyze results and develop action plans to improve performance. * Lead team meetings and presentations for senior management. * Develop the team through continuous training and regular feedback. * Guide the team in daily telemarketing activities. * Organize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules for the unit. * Utilize AI tools to optimize productivity and internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Store Manager or Sales Coordinator in retail. * Preferred experience in jewelry, luxury, or fashion segments. * Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Sales. * Proficiency in people management and results-oriented management. * Availability to work during mall hours, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information:** * **Employment Type:** CLT regime. * **Compensation:** To be negotiated. * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and Meal/Ticket Food voucher. * **Working Hours:** Rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday (to be determined). * **Work Location:** Units at Barra Shopping and Shopping da Bahia.
