Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the entire procurement management process for supplies, from supplier research and analysis to order tracking and report preparation. Order monitoring and quality control OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. This entity offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive supply requisitions, verifying product specifications. * Consult information sources regarding suppliers, reviewing commercial publications, attending trade fairs and exhibitions, and other sources; request product samples. * Analyze received proposals, considering supplier history, evaluating offered advantages, comparing prices, payment terms, discounts, and delivery conditions; prepare comparative charts to determine the best offers and/or submit decisions to the immediate supervisor. * Procure goods in accordance with quality program standards, issuing purchase orders, obtaining approval from competent professionals, and forwarding them to suppliers. * Monitor purchase order status by consulting reports and controlling product delivery deadlines to ensure fulfillment of commitments and enable managerial oversight and evaluation. * Manage returns of goods failing to meet required specifications, contacting suppliers to assess replacement feasibility or identify alternative suppliers. * Register suppliers and products upon authorization from the immediate supervisor, collecting commercial information, consulting publications, and entering data into the designated system. * Organize files, classifying documents by purchase order number. * Prepare reports as requested, documenting incidents, supplier evaluations, product costs, price fluctuations, and other relevant topics, submitting them to management for review. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * On-site cafeteria.
