Job Summary: The professional will participate in, monitor, and support clinical studies, develop procedures, record data, and manage equipment and materials. Key Highlights: 1. The institution offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Participate in qualification/initiation/closing visits for studies at the Center; 2\. Monitor and support clinical study participants; 3\. Develop/review the Center’s SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures; 4\. Receive and archive study documents and materials according to the professional’s area of expertise, keeping them organized during and after the study concludes; 5\. Conduct screening, recruitment, and enrollment of research participants; 6\. Record data in electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and other electronic systems used in the studies; 7\. Monitor temperature control of equipment (refrigerators, freezers, and thermometers); 8\. Prepare reports upon request from leadership. 9\. Monitor material requirements for study execution; AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: A.3\. Conduct the process of obtaining the Informed Consent Form (ICF). A.8\. Perform vital signs assessment and ECG exams related to study activities. B. Pharmacy: B.1\. Receive, store, prepare, dispense, and administer the investigational product, recording all actions in specific forms. B.2\. Perform accountability, return, and/or destruction of the investigational product, recording all actions in specific forms. B.3\. Perform participant randomization in the protocol-specific system. B.4\. Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance. B.5\. Maintain and update the documentation file related to equipment maintenance and calibration, organizing it to facilitate consultations. B.6\. Instruct research participants on the use, storage, and return of the investigational product. B.7\. Monitor monitoring visits (in-person and remote), audits, and inspections at the Center. C. Laboratory: C.1\. Collect, process, and store biological samples according to the Central/Local Laboratory Manual. C.2\. Prepare documentation for shipping samples to the Central/Local Laboratory. C.3\. Prepare/separate samples for shipment according to sample type. C.4\. Control and store supplies required for clinical studies. C.5\. Dispose of biological and non-biological materials in accordance with biosafety regulations. C.6\.
