Knowledge of hydraulic maintenance, masonry, carpentry, and painting. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform hydraulic, building, painting, carpentry, joinery, gardening, welding, and other maintenance services, responding to requests from Coordination and supervisors, and complying with maintenance standards and procedures to ensure service excellence.  * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed elementary education (6th to 9th grade).
