Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform food pre-preparation and preparation services; * Perform cleaning of kitchen and pantry utensils and equipment; * Assist in transportation, weighing, and storage of foodstuffs, materials, utensils, and prepared or pre-prepared meals; * Collect, weigh, and package food trimmings, waste, leftovers, and/or returns according to established procedures; * Perform food pre-preparation, preparation, cooking, and packaging services in accordance with predetermined menus; * Perform cleaning of utensils, equipment, and facilities within the Unit, except those designated as the responsibility of the hygiene department; * Store cleaned kitchen and pantry utensils for subsequent reuse; * Support pantry and kitchen services in carrying out their activities; * Prepare snacks, coffee, and simple meals according to scheduled instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant in food service units is required; * Experience in hospital kitchen settings is considered a plus; * Availability to work either 6x1 (06:00–14:20) or 07:00–19:00 (12x36); **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Staff cafeteria; * Employee benefits club; * Employee health club.
