Our purpose is to ensure every client’s voice is heard and their labor rights respected, supported by a committed, collaborative, and continuously evolving team. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Labor Law Controller Attorney** to join our team. We seek a detail-oriented professional with an analytical mindset and proficiency in technology, capable of managing legal workflows, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring quality control over the firm’s legal activities. * ️ **Responsibilities** * Monitor procedural deadlines and manage notifications within the **ADVBOX** system; * Receive and distribute official publications, tracking legal workflows; * Populate and manage tasks, folders, documents, and deadlines on the platform; * Conduct **internal audits** with staff and clients to ensure quality standards in pleadings and procedural documents; * Support legal teams in **operational and strategic activities**; * Generate **productivity reports and performance indicators** based on the firm’s tools; * Collaborate with departments such as **HR and Finance** to align internal routines and processes. **Requirements** * Degree in **Law**, **Business Administration**, **Legal Management**, or related fields; * Prior experience as a **Legal Controller** or in **Legal Controlling** at mid- to large-sized law firms; * Proficiency in **legal practice management systems**, preferably **ADVBOX** (or similar); * Strong communication skills, results orientation, organizational ability, and attention to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in **mid- to large-sized labor law firms**; * Familiarity with tools such as **ChatGuru** and **ADVBOX**; * Involvement in projects related to **continuous improvement**, **legal automation**, or **workflow innovation**. **What We Offer** * A collaborative, results-driven environment; * Real opportunity for growth and continuous learning; * Daily exposure to **legal technology and innovation**; * **Flexibility** and **autonomy** in daily work routine.
