We are seeking an Electrical Continuous Service Technician PL to carry out the following activities: * Install and perform electrical maintenance in buildings and commercial facilities; * Interpret electrical projects; * Handle measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, megohmmeters, etc.; * Apply and operate software for access control, CCTV, fire detection, and CMC; * Perform switching operations on circuit breakers, UPS, and generators; * Fulfill contractual obligations defined in scopes/proposals, ensuring equipment reliability; * Technically analyze systematic (repetitive) defects with preparation of technical reports; * Fill out and close service orders (OS); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generators; * Install and maintain precision air conditioning units (evaporative), condensing units, dry\-coolers, comfort air conditioning units, charge and discharge fluids, controls and devices, regulators; * Install refrigeration piping; * Charge, recover, and transfer refrigerants; * Drain and refill compressor lubricant; * Connect electrical components and handle measuring instruments; * Interpret operation manuals, piping and electrical diagrams; * Complete material lists, system specifications, drawings/diagrams 2511120202181802552
