Job Summary: Nursing professional to provide humanized and integrated care, conducting daily consultations and developing high-quality care plans. Key Highlights: 1. Humanized and integrated nursing assistance coordinated with the multidisciplinary team. 2. Participation in discharge planning and patient guidance. 3. Application of technical, ethical, and scientific principles in patient care. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily nursing consultations for unit patients, implementing the Nursing Process (SAE) and delivering patient care in accordance with technical, ethical, and scientific principles; document all provided care in the patient's medical record. * Execute area-specific routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with excellence, and develop individualized nursing care plans for patients. * Deliver nursing activities in a humanized manner, with commitment, promoting patient care and guidance while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. * Participate in patient discharge planning, providing specific instructions and preparing\-the patient for continuity of care at home, when necessary. * Perform other related duties as required or as directed by the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Active COREN registration. * Availability for administrative employment regime. **Desirable:** * Public and Hospital Health experience. * CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification. * SAE – Systematization of Nursing Care. * Experience in Oncology Navigation. **Work Location:** Hospital da Mulher, Largo de Roma **Additional Information** The Instituto Fernando Filgueiras (IFF) is a Social Organization headquartered in Bahia, composed of professionals with extensive experience in Public Health Management, aiming to achieve excellence in health service delivery, supported by Humanized Care, Teaching and Research Development, and Quality Management.
