**Job Description:**
Ensure the safety of all users of this service;
Never leave the elevator unattended while students are moving around the institution;
Control the number and weight of people and goods being transported, based on legal regulations regarding maximum occupancy and tonnage limits, to ensure passenger and cargo safety;
Register the floor requested by the passenger by pressing the corresponding buttons on the control panel to enable the elevator to stop at the requested floor;
Operate the elevator by turning it on and off using automatic and/or manual devices, and stopping it at the requested floors;
Maintain proper internal operation and cleanliness of the elevator, identifying and reporting malfunctions and other abnormalities to keep it in safe and hygienic condition;
Provide the public with information regarding the location of individuals or service areas;
Report any equipment issues to the Administrative Management or Operational Supervision;
Inform users that food consumption is prohibited inside elevators;
Monitor and report student behavior inside elevators;
Treat parents/guardians, students, staff, and visitors politely and courteously.
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Minimum 6 months of experience in this role;
Strong communication skills and politeness in public service;
Organizational skills, attentiveness, and responsibility in performing tasks;
Availability to work according to the institution's schedule.
