Job Summary:
Provide courteous and efficient patient service, including patient registration, test authorization, procedural instructions, and collection of biological specimens, in accordance with protocols, biosafety standards, and quality requirements.

Provide courteous and efficient patient service; perform patient registration and test authorization; deliver instructions regarding laboratory procedures; and collect biological specimens, adhering to technical protocols, biosafety standards, and laboratory quality requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Receive patients with humanized and welcoming service.
* Register patients and verify identification documents.
* Process test authorizations with health insurance providers.
* Instruct patients on test preparation and specimen collection procedures.
* Collect blood and other biological specimens according to established protocols.
* Identify, package, and dispatch samples for analysis.
* Organize and manage materials used during specimen collection.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the collection and reception area.
* Comply with biosafety, quality, and information confidentiality standards.
* Support the laboratory team in administrative and operational routines.
Requirements
+ Completed high school education.
+ Technical course in Clinical Analysis or Nursing.
+ Experience in blood collection and public-facing service.
+ Knowledge of computer applications and laboratory information systems is an advantage.
+ Experience in health insurance authorization will be considered an advantage.
