This professional will be responsible for the initial and ongoing training of specialists who will provide support to users of app-based transportation services. If this resonates with you and you seek growth, join our training team! * **Work model \- On-site.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Delivering training \- Initial Training, Continuous Training; * Correctly requesting access and performing tests \- according to each site's requirements; escalate to relevant areas in case of failure or reset; * Guiding employees to complete BVOnline during training \- in case of error, failure, or reset, escalate to responsible areas; * Recording attendance/absence in the system; * Filling out the Logbook/Electronic List; * Sending reports to Operations and other areas with updates on classroom attendance/absence/grades, etc.; * Conducting post-delivery follow-up of operators, per client requirements; * Performing operational listening/immersion to understand processes and identify opportunities; * Providing feedback and monitoring performance in the classroom; * Monitoring trainee dismissals in the classroom due to TO (Termination of Training) or low performance during training; * Preparing and delivering completion certificates to trainees; * Opening service tickets (infrastructure, etc.) to ensure classroom functionality for trainees; * Updating training materials and lesson plans for minor corrections (processes/procedures); * Tracking delivery results at 30/60/90 days using available tools; * Developing action plans/improvement strategies for delivered classes, to be executed within 30/60/90 days after delivery; * Participating in meetings with Operations and other areas whenever requested; * Participating in audio sessions, trainings, and calibration sessions for capacity building and development; * Preparing and participating in Results Presentation meetings; * Ensuring your continuous development through courses, operational immersions, and tool-based study; * Supporting administrative activities within the Staff team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Must be an Atento employee and have held the current position for at least 6 months \- position tenure: per NI-002 policy; * Final score in the most recent Time to Talk evaluation must be equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); * Prior training experience is a plus; * Proactivity; * Creativity; * Dynamism and agility; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical mindset; * Organization; * Interpersonal skills; * Preferably residing near the Cabula unit; **Additional information** **Applications until 05/27/2026** **Salary** R$ 2\.070,00 **Working hours** Full availability **Work schedule** 220 hours/month \| 6x1 shift schedule with Sundays off **Work model** On-site **Work location:** Atento Cabula **Responsible Analyst:** Midiã Amanda Hello, welcome to the next step in your professional career! **** At Atento, we consistently invest in our people’s development and have spent over 20 years creating opportunities — grow with us!
