Support in strategic decision-making Financial Analyst Position Description: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team and contribute to the company's financial management. The professional will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, making projections, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: * Prepare and consolidate the annual budget (Budget) and periodic revisions (Forecast) * Analyze variances among Actual vs. Budget vs. Prior Year * Support monthly managerial closing and income statement (DRE) analysis * Calculate and monitor financial KPIs * Control and analyze costs and expenses by cost center * Develop managerial reports and financial dashboards * Support managers in budgetary management * Ensure consistency of information between accounting and managerial reports * Contribute to process and internal control improvements * Perform other routine tasks within the finance area Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in finance and controller functions * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems * Analytical and critical thinking profile * Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills * Proactivity and results orientation * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks * Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation
