With this, we seek people connected to innovation who *can contribute to our constant growth and the perpetuation of our legacy*. **Responsibilities and duties** * Train and guide Sanitation Agents under their leadership regarding the use of materials and work tools, the implementation of cleaning and sanitation procedures required in each situation, and the handling of collected waste; * Support area Supervision in the training and retraining of Sanitation Agents, in quality testing of new materials, products and tools, and in evaluating new sanitation procedures; * Daily assess stock levels of consumable materials and work tools available in the area and request restocking whenever necessary; * Assist in developing service routines whenever needed; * Assist in scheduling shifts, staffing planning, and sector coverage; * Monitor each Agent's performance to identify top performers and improve those with unsatisfactory results; * Maintain control over the consumption of used materials to provide data for establishing material consumption standards; * Be responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of CR-owned equipment and request maintenance whenever necessary; * Observe and ensure compliance with occupational health protection practices; * Strengthen their work team to maintain performance standards at increasingly high levels; * Inspect various areas (critical, semi-critical, and non-critical), assessing routine execution; * Support the Infection Control Service (SCIH) in fulfilling its mission. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in hospital sanitation leadership; * Availability to work in shift regime (SD02, M011 and 12 x 36\); * Knowledge of Office suite; * Knowledge of Internet Explorer; * Skills in shift schedule planning; * Experience with bed management tools. **Additional information** * Health and dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Employee benefits club; * Employee wellness program.
