Commitment to working hours and routine. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ensure cleanliness, conservation, and proper functioning of common areas by performing tasks such as sweeping, washing, and garbage collection, etc. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Ability to sweep, wash, polish, and disinfect floors, walls, windows, furniture, and restrooms. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products (disinfectants, detergents) for different surfaces; ability to replenish hygiene supplies (paper, soap); and proficiency in operating equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers. Maintain work equipment and organize common areas. Ability to plan daily tasks and keep environments organized. Ability to perform tasks efficiently, promptly, and without constant supervision.
