Ensuring food and beverage hygiene and safety Restaurant seeks a Bartender in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the establishment's standards. Receive and process customer beverage orders promptly and efficiently. Ensure the bar counter is clean and organized, promoting food and beverage hygiene and safety. Monitor bar beverage and supply inventory, maintain appropriate stock levels, and request replenishments as needed. Be aware of and comply with food safety and personal hygiene regulations, ensuring product quality and safety. Previous experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, Bar Server, or Waiter may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
