Job Summary:
The IT Process Assistant will support the team in analyzing, documenting, and continuously improving IT processes, ensuring compliance with standards and contributing to operational efficiency.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (bachelor's degree in progress in IT or related fields is preferred).
* Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, Windows/Linux operating systems).
* Familiarity with process management (BPM) and ITIL best practices.
* Proficiency with productivity tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Certifications: ITIL Foundation, COBIT, or BPM courses.
* Experience with process automation (RPA).
* Knowledge of information security and LGPD.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The IT Process Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team in analyzing, documenting, and continuously improving IT-related processes. They will act as a liaison between technical and business areas, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices (ITIL, COBIT), while contributing to operational efficiency, performance indicator monitoring, and automation project support.
* Map and document operational processes and procedures.
* Support the implementation of IT governance policies.
* Monitor performance indicators (SLA, KPI) and generate analytical reports.
* Collaborate in the analysis and optimization of internal processes.
* Ensure updating and organization of knowledge bases.
* Participate in continuous improvement and process automation projects.
* Interact with technical teams and business areas to gather requirements.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Analytical capability to identify improvements.
* Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
Weekly/Monthly Working Hours: 44h/220h
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
