Participation in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; Previous experience in the Quality field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Intermediate/advanced English proficiency; Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. Develop, update, and monitor quality documents such as Control Plans, FMEAs, flowcharts, and work instructions; Conduct internal process and product audits, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive standards; Perform analyses of internal and external non-conformances, leading corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa); Monitor accessory production processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements; Conduct technical evaluations and audits of suppliers to ensure component quality; Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools; Support production in implementing new processes, technical adjustments, and quality-related training. 2511200202481879574
