Description: Design injection molds, defining all parameters related to cavity dimensions and mold gates, cooling and air circuits, hot runner system design, and force calculations for injection machine selection. Create product drawings, analyzing all aspects to ensure the product can be successfully injection-molded. Conduct injection analysis to optimize product wall thicknesses. Responsibilities and Duties Develop plastic injection mold designs, ensuring technical and functional compliance; Develop plastic product and packaging designs aligned with specifications and requirements; Produce technical reports and presentations on completed projects, including progress, results, and improvements; Provide technical support to the Tooling department and other areas, collaborating in the creation of technical drawings for molds, finished products, and products under development.
