




Job Summary: Perform corrective and scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment specific to the Presses Department, ensuring proper operation and compliance with production and quality targets. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical maintenance of presses to ensure operation and quality. 2. Implement improvements to machines and equipment. 3. Draft mechanical parts sketches for manufacturing. Perform corrective and scheduled maintenance on machines and equipment **specific to the Presses Department**, aiming to keep machines and equipment in operational condition and meet quality and production targets. **Must be available to work onsite in the metropolitan region of Salvador: Camaçari, Dias D’Ávila, Simões Filho, and Candeias.** **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment** (e.g., replacing sprockets, chains, belts, bearings, motors, machine adjustments, etc.), as required. * **Perform scheduled mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment** (e.g., replacing chains, belts, bearings, motors, and machine adjustments), per the maintenance schedule. * **Implement improvements to machines and equipment**, as needed and based on problem identification. * **Complete maintenance reports**, according to work performed. * **Assist in controlling the manufacturing and inventory of parts**, as required. * **Draft mechanical parts sketches for manufacturing**, when necessary. * **Carry out scheduled and corrective mechanical maintenance services across all departments**, upon requests from mechanics, supervisors, and coordinators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Technical Education in:** Electromechanical Technology, Electromechanics Technician, Mechanical Technician. * Experience with hydraulic presses; * Civil construction experience preferred; * Excellent communication skills; * **Must be available to work onsite in the metropolitan region of Salvador: Camaçari, Dias D’Ávila, Simões Filho, and Candeias.**
