Description: Design injection molds, defining all parameters related to cavity sizes and mold gates, cooling and air circuits, definition of hot runner injection systems and force calculations to determine the injection machine. Create product drawings, analyzing all aspects to ensure the product can be successfully injection molded. Perform injection analysis for better definition of product wall thicknesses. Responsibilities and duties Design plastic injection molds, ensuring technical and functional compliance; Develop plastic product and packaging designs aligned with specifications and requirements; Produce technical reports and presentations on completed projects, including progress, results and improvements; Provide technical support to Tooling and other departments, collaborating in the creation of technical drawings for molds, finished products and products under development.
