Join us in this challenge and help transform our country through education alongside the Instituto Ânima team! **Responsibilities for the position of Teacher Trainer at the School Management Training Nucleus:** * Plan and facilitate teacher training for public school networks within the School Management Training Nucleus; * Study the subject matter to be taught, proposing improvements, corrections, supplementary readings, and adaptations to the realities of public school networks; * Participate in internal training sessions; * Deliver postgraduate courses; * Evaluate student assignments and respond to all forum posts; * Organize content, develop active learning strategies, and plan training for enrolled teachers; * Engage in learning communities. **Desired Profile:** **The candidate for this position must reside in Bahia and possess:** * A completed undergraduate degree in teacher education, humanities, pedagogy, or related fields; * A specialization, master's, or doctoral degree in education, psychopedagogy, or related fields; * Teaching experience in adult education settings; * Experience as a teacher trainer; * Experience as a public school teacher or working closely with public school teachers; * Digital literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to conduct online classes. **Additional Information:** * Employment type \- Permanent CLT contract (40 hours/week), with work hours from Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Education allowance \- Two tuition scholarships at Ânima Education Ecosystem universities (undergraduate and/or postgraduate); * Health and dental insurance; * Meal voucher and food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Daycare allowance for mothers\*As per Collective Bargaining Agreement; * Monthly remote work allowance \| Ergonomics allowance to set up your workspace; * Gympass \| SESC membership card; * Birthday day\-off \| Half\-day off on children's birthdays; * People Value Voucher (to celebrate milestones such as marriage, childbirth, or academic graduation).
