The company offers genuine growth opportunities, daily challenges, and a healthy atmosphere for those seeking professional advancement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive the daily work schedule from the immediate supervisor and carry out activities according to the established plan. * Prepare machinery and equipment for operation. * Operate pumping systems and air compressors. * Monitor and control the operation of machinery and equipment during the production process. * Perform activities in accordance with regulations, operational procedures, and safety requirements. * Carry out cleaning and sanitization of machinery, equipment, instruments, and production areas. * Receive raw materials, verify inputs and packaging materials, and complete required records. * Sort and prepare packaging on pallets for the filling process. * Perform sanitization of packaging designated for filling. * Organize storage of finished products. * Seal and strap finished products according to established standards. * Perform loading and unloading of vehicles with raw materials and finished products. * Organize packaging and finished products in the storage yard. * Accurately complete documents and records supporting the production process, in accordance with performed activities. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Organization. * Discipline. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Proactivity. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** FAVAB S/A. * **Work Location:** Simões Filho/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:35 PM, with a 1-hour break. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior production experience is preferred. * Boiler operation training is preferred.
