If you identify with us, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop short- and long-term security plans and policies, managing all security activities for the shopping center. * Conduct analyses of potential and/or imminent risks and implement preventive and corrective measures to protect and welcome people and assets, and restore normal shopping center operations. * Coordinate intelligence services, focusing on scenario analysis and development of preventive and proactive action plans. * Define and train detailed protocols for preventing and handling incidents, ensuring the team acts efficiently, empathetically, and hospitably. * Optimize security equipment and system technologies (CCTV, traceability, access control), ensuring maximum effectiveness and discretion in using intelligence tools. * Manage, develop, and monitor the security team, promoting a culture of hospitality and excellence in service delivery. * Maintain cooperative relationships with public agencies and security forces to ensure synergy in actions and emergency response. * Serve as the focal point for security matters for store tenants and management, promoting a collaborative and informed environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate studies in related fields preferred; * Proven experience in security management, preferably in shopping centers, hotels, hospitals, or large-scale, complex environments. * Solid expertise in developing strategic plans, crisis management, and risk analysis. * Familiarity with security technologies and intelligence systems, traceability, and data analysis. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Health and Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Gympass; * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR).
