About the Opportunity We are seeking a Training Leader to join Amazon’s Logistics Partner team, directly supporting the training, standardization, and operational excellence of partner teams. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and conduct training for new employees; * Attend weekly meetings with Amazon (BB) and Training teams; * Ensure standardization of trained processes and correct on-site implementation; * Serve as the technical reference (expert) for standard operational processes; * Monitor employees’ learning curves; * Ensure training records are up-to-date and compliant; * Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve the learning experience; * Provide structured feedback to Learning Ambassadors and other associates; Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree * On-site cafeteria * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
