




**Key Responsibilities** Supervise the sales consultants team; Monitor sales targets; Develop sales strategies; Create new approaches to handle objections; Track digitally prepared proposals; Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team output; Prepare payroll-deductible loan proposals; Maintain store organization and cleanliness; Manage cash handling and expense spreadsheets; Track team attendance records; Participate in meetings to present team performance results. Ensure execution of company-defined processes. How it’s done: Update Excel spreadsheets daily using internal systems; Conduct daily morning briefings to communicate daily, weekly, and monthly targets to the team; Prepare motivational materials for the team; Why it’s done: Achieve targets set by senior management; Maintain unit and team organization; Ensure appropriate and secure sales; Measure and ensure target achievement.
