Integration among dining area, kitchen, and bar Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6x1 (one fixed weekly day off + one Sunday per month) We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with practical leadership skills, floor presence, and a results-oriented approach. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational organization, goal attainment, service standards, and integration among dining area, kitchen, and bar, acting as shift supervisor. Main Responsibilities: Lead the service team, organize opening and closing routines, monitor sales targets and KPIs, train and develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality and service standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (or high school diploma with solid experience). Proven experience in operational restaurant leadership. Flexible availability. Working Hours: Morning: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (mandatory presence during lunch peak hours). Afternoon break. Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (restaurant closing). Kitchen closes at 11:30 PM; supervision until operational completion may be required. Compensation: Fixed salary of R$ 5\.000,00 + monthly bonus.
