




Job Summary: Act as a guide and manager for new customers’ onboarding—from company registration and accounting migration to platform activation and support handoff—ensuring customer delight. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a guide for new customers during the onboarding phase. 2. Manage the entire process of company registration and accounting migration. 3. Ensure customer delight and autonomy. Onboarding Guide: Serve as the new customer’s guide throughout their entire onboarding journey at LinkPJ. Company Registration Management: Rigorously monitor and proactively update customers on each step—including Feasibility Analysis, DBE, Board of Trade/Bar Association, and Municipal Registration—until the CNPJ is fully active. Accounting Migration and Transfer Management: Define monthly billing due dates and ensure a smooth transition to our accounting services, guaranteeing no technical documentation gaps that could delay operational commencement. Platform Activation and Autonomy: Ensure the customer’s platform access is activated and formally deliver a detailed summary of contracted services. Success Handoff: Conduct the final support handoff to the relationship team after validating the customer’s autonomy. Delight and Experience: Responsible for ensuring customer delight at every touchpoint during the initial journey. Social Proof Management: Collect detailed feedback, identify the company’s or customer’s Instagram account, and formally request authorization to publish testimonials on our social media channels. **Requirements**: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management or Accounting; Prior experience in the field required; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
