




Description: What we expect from you: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. It will be an advantage if you: * Hold a postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Responsible for organizing, executing, and controlling commercial processes related to the relationship, loyalty, and sustainability of the group of OEM partners under your responsibility, as well as contributing to the development of integrated, partner-specific solutions aimed at achieving and/or exceeding individualized objectives for your group of partners—regarding revenue, retention, and payment compliance—within established timelines, quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost, through appropriate allocation of your technical, technological, and material resources. * Conduct market research to identify and capture new business opportunities with companies that already sell—or do not yet sell—consortiums, interacting with relevant internal areas to enable such opportunities, and periodically reporting results and status updates to the Special Partners Loyalty Management team. * Leverage your personal professional network to prospect potential partners located within your pre-established geographic region. * Contact special partners periodically, UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. * Guide and support partners, UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, resolving any questions they may have and supporting the development of institutional partners’ employees. * Contribute to the development of integrated solutions for partners UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, ensuring alignment and synergy with marketing initiatives and consistency with EMBRACON’s objectives. * Establish, together with partners UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, integrated initiatives—including implementation and monitoring of commercial/marketing and marketing activities, especially digital ones—so that partners can absorb EMBRACON’s expertise and practices through customized workshops and training sessions. * Periodically monitor and analyze the performance of key sales indicators for partners UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. * Guide preparation, approve the annual budget for your Coordination unit, control expenditures incurred, and correct identified deviations. * Continuously seek opportunities to increase your Coordination unit’s productivity and reduce its costs. * Provide adequate direction to the succession planning process by identifying LEADERSHIP talent, developing and retaining them, as well as identifying and retaining individuals holding critical knowledge. * Practice and uphold your team’s adherence to EMBRACON’s policies regarding relationships with the business community, public agencies and regulators, industry associations, etc. * Promote, practice, and monitor systematic engagement with the COMPANY’S ETHICAL PRINCIPLES, operational conduct principles, and corporate social responsibility principles. 2512210202551862063
