




We are seeking an Executive General Manager to assume strategic management of the company, leading multiple critical areas with firm control, analytical vision, and strong decision-making capability. This is a position for professionals with solid experience in highly complex, high-responsibility environments, with absolute focus on consistent results. This executive will be responsible for implementing systems, modernizing processes, elevating management standards, and ensuring governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all areas under their responsibility. **Areas of Responsibility** * + Procurement + Finance (including anti-fraud measures, institutional relations, and interface with municipal governments) + Controller’s Office + Human Resources / Personnel Department / Quality + Administration **Authority:** * + Autonomy in allocating human resources; + Autonomy in negotiating with banks; + Autonomy in approving payments; + Autonomy in analyzing the company’s strategic planning; + Autonomy in making administrative decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * + Manage the Controller’s Office, comprising Cost and Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, IT (ERP), Tax (document registration), and Billing functions, ensuring all records and reports comply with applicable legal principles and regulations, and are completed within established deadlines, standards, and internal procedures; + Monitor external accounting activities, providing all necessary clarifications to company leadership to expedite and enhance the quality of Controller’s Office work; + Monitor external accounting and tax recording activities (ISS, COFINS, PIS) and calculation of Income Tax/CSLL, ensuring all due taxes are properly calculated and paid according to law, including fulfillment of ancillary obligations; + Support monthly and annual accounting closing processes; + Provide documentation and information to external law firms to support tax-related legal defenses; + Manage relationships with banking institutions; + Provide guidelines for configuring and maintaining the SAP B1 ERP system in accordance with current norms and legislation, to generate reliable data for decision-making; + Analyze/review processes, routines, work organization, and operational controls to identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency; + Train and develop team members, including both behavioral and technical skills; + Prepare/validate periodic financial reports (Financial, Cost, Budget, and Management Analysis) to ensure they accurately reflect the company’s economic and financial situation; + Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reports; + Advise company departments on matters related to finance and taxation to support decision-making; **Required Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * + Strong management capability and systemic vision. + Solid emotional intelligence for decision-making under pressure. + Objectivity and strategic posture. + Logical, critical, and analytical reasoning. + Ability to make swift decisions without compromising delivery quality. + Strong negotiation and institutional relationship skills. + Autonomy in analyzing strategic planning and making administrative decisions. **Mandatory Requirements** * + Proven experience in executive or senior leadership roles. + Experience in civil construction, outsourcing, public lighting, or prison management sectors. + Proficiency in: + Cost composition spreadsheets. + Public tendering and public contract processes. + Controller’s Office, finance, HR/personnel, and administrative routines. + Governance and compliance. + Demonstrated track record in system implementation and process improvement.
