Job Summary: Professional responsible for operational processing and technical monitoring of the FIDC portfolio, ensuring reconciliation, provisioning, and reporting of credit lines. Must master complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Credit Acumen: Familiarity with Aging, Write-off concepts, and payroll-deductible loan agreements (e.g., margin calculation, registration, and disbursement). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SQL or Python for automating inventory reports, given the large volume of CPFs in retail funds; Familiarity with FIDC structures; Understanding of share classes (Senior vs. Subordinated) and cash flow mechanics of receivables funds. **About the Role:** Execute operational processing and technical monitoring of the FIDC portfolio. This professional ensures that each credit line under the "New Payroll-Deductible Loan" framework is properly reconciled, provisioned, and reported—serving as the data engine for portfolio management. **Key Responsibilities:** Reconciliation & Matching: Perform daily reconciliation among the originator’s system, custodian, and internal manager controls; identify settlement discrepancies (amounts received vs. expected) and resolve exceptions. Portfolio Monitoring: Update delinquency (overdue) databases and credit vintages; calculate and track active credit balances and fund collateral. Closing Support: Prepare data for PDD calculation and fair-value marking of assets; assist in preparing CVM monthly reports and investor reports. Assignment Operations: Validate underlying assets for new portfolio acquisitions (ensuring new loans comply with the New Payroll-Deductible Loan rules); submit remittance files and process bank/administrator return files.
