Support production through productive analysis and inventory management, always adhering to the company’s established safety and quality standards. Provide technical training to new operators on machine operation.**Responsibilities** ==================== Prepare equipment for commencement of operations, performing startup when required, verifying specifications and general conditions, ensuring workplace safety; Identify and record any product quality, process, or quality system issues—including potential machine stoppages—performing batch segregation via the BOSS system to map possible process failures and thereby avoid production losses; Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and painting in accordance with the “5S” methodology, aiming to sustain a safe and pleasant work environment that facilitates task execution; Cover potential absenteeism within the department to prevent production bottlenecks and ensure satisfactory demand fulfillment; Request items from the warehouse via the SAP system to maintain adequate material stock levels to meet production demands; Ensure proper handling of TMA / Scrap / Waste (Rejected Materials), separating usable from non-usable materials and products to accelerate the production process; Operate industrial vehicles, provided proper authorization and qualification are obtained, to assist with product and material storage organization as needed; Initiate Service Orders (OS) upon identifying maintenance needs for production equipment, preventing production losses; Perform tasks in compliance with company safety standards and quality specifications, and conduct inspections of these items using checklists to uphold and maintain Bridgestone’s established standards; Provide production process information to internal customers, supporting continuous production improvement; Analyze the FIFO system, focusing on ensuring correct material registration in designated slots within the Dash Board system; Perform batch segregation using the BOSS system in cases of quality deviations; Cover process leaders’ vacation periods; Participate in implementing and coordinating the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology in the assigned area, ensuring compliance. **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== Minimum Experience: 2 years in the industrial sector; Education: Completed High School; Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) – Preferred; Other Courses/Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in computer applications; Industrial vehicle operator course and driver’s license for industrial vehicles; Sustained attention; Manual dexterity; Strong interpersonal skills; Basic English – Preferred. **What We Offer as a Company** At Bridgestone, what truly matters is generating opportunities for co-creation while stimulating your curiosity and creativity to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for present and future generations.
