Enhancement of systematic maintenance plans **Job Summary:** Lead and supervise maintenance and utilities teams and activities, focusing on ensuring and complying with the company's quality, safety, 5S, and environmental standards. Provide support to Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC), implement strategies, and enhance systematic maintenance plans (Preventive and Predictive). Comply with SIPOC, providing correct resources and task durations, with criticality (ABC) awareness, priority setting, and system logging. Develop the team toward proactive performance by applying Lean and Reliability tools and methodologies for failure and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions and improvements to reduce breakdowns and losses, thereby ensuring equipment performance and availability. Manage routine operations through goals, KPIs, and priorities. Foster the “equipment owner” concept to build high-performance teams through inspection practices, performance evaluation, and individual capability development. Respond promptly to internal customer requests. Develop suppliers and spare parts. Participate in site routine and priority agenda. Provide technical support to engineering and continuous improvement areas during project validation and execution. Comply with NR regulations and related requirements. **Requirements:** People management, safety methodologies and standards (DDS/LOTO/NRs/OHSAS), cost control, performance KPIs (MTBF/MTTR), SAP system (PM/MM) or SGMAN, reliability tools for failure analysis (5 Whys/Ishikawa/FTA), Lean practices (5S/Kanban/Kamishibai), preventive and predictive maintenance processes, shutdown planning, maintenance procedures and plans, spare parts management (BOM), inspection techniques, lubrication and predictive maintenance, centrifugal machines and reactors, power substations, boilers, compressors, generators, and nitrogen plants, mechanical transmission systems, pumps and seals, motors, instrument calibration, pneumatic systems, and industrial automation (PLC, networks, and drives).
