




**JOB MISSION:** Ensure accurate control and execution of electronic time clock routines, overtime bank management, and benefits administration, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and labor legislation, as well as contributing to employee satisfaction and the efficiency of People Management processes. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control and update employee benefits records, including transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health and dental plans, and other agreements, ensuring accurate information in systems and with providers. * Execute electronic timekeeping routines, performing entries, adjustment of time records, justifications, and monthly closing according to deadlines and internal rules. * Support employees by clarifying questions about benefits, time entries, absences, and compensations, ensuring prompt and accurate service. * Monitor the integration of time records with payroll, identifying discrepancies and supporting necessary corrections. * Assist in onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring proper registration, updates, or cancellation of benefits and time tracking access. * Communicate with service providers and carriers, monitoring inclusions, exclusions, delivery deadlines, and resolution of pending issues related to benefits. * Prepare spreadsheets and control reports, providing information for cost closing and monitoring of HR department indicators.
