




Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer and visitor service, biological sample collection, patient guidance, and organization of the laboratory department. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and biosafety management of the department Serve customers and visitors by providing requested information, directing them to appropriate departments, collecting biological samples, guiding patients on preparation for examinations, processing biological samples, and organizing the department. * Receive and register visitors and customers, directing them according to SGQ procedures; * Register patients in the SIL system; * Make and receive telephone calls, correspondence, and messages; * Perform administrative tasks, such as document typing, form filling, spreadsheet preparation, and department-related filing; * Conduct banking services; * Receive biological samples following biosafety regulations; * Print and deliver reports to customers; * Navigate health insurance platform systems; * Navigate supporting laboratory platform systems; * Send emails and WhatsApp messages; * Report/record patient and physician complaints to the coordinator; * Prepare and serve coffee and snacks when necessary; * Perform department-specific cleaning; * Collect biological samples from patients and receive them according to the SGQ procedures of CEPAC–Centro de Pesquisas e Análises Clínicas; * Locate documents related to sample collection within the SGQ; * Prepare solutions according to manufacturers' specifications; * Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment according to manufacturers' specifications; * Clean workbenches; * Collect and dispose of healthcare waste generated by the department; * Monitor reagent and supply inventory levels to determine restocking needs;
