




Attending to customers and visitors, providing requested information, directing them to departments, collecting biological samples, offering patient guidance on exam preparation, processing biological specimens, and organizing the department. * Receive and register visitors and customers, directing them according to SGQ procedures; * Register patients in SIL; * Make and receive phone calls, correspondence, and messages; * Perform administrative tasks such as document typing, form filling, spreadsheets, and archiving services related to the department; * Carry out banking services; * Receive biological samples following biosafety guidelines; * Print and deliver reports to customers; * Navigate health insurance platforms; * Navigate support laboratory platforms; * Send emails and WhatsApp messages; * Report/record patient and physician complaints to the coordinator; * Prepare and serve coffee and snacks when necessary; * Perform specific cleaning of the department; * Collect biological samples from patients, as well as receive them, according to CEPAC–Centro de Pesquisas e Análises Clínicas' SGQ procedures; * Locate sample collection-related documents in the SGQ; * Prepare solutions according to manufacturer specifications; * Perform cleaning and preventive equipment maintenance according to manufacturer specifications; * Clean workbenches; * Collect and dispose of healthcare waste from the department; * Check the need for restocking reagents and supplies;
