Preparation of juices, salads, and teas * Assist in preparing meals, desserts, snacks, dinner, and other items; * Distribute meals to patients; * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, including collection and washing of trays, utensils, etc.; * Receive and distribute meals; * Receive or collect trays, tableware, and utensils after meals, and arrange for their washing, storage, or disposal; * Perform mise en place setup; * Conduct cleaning tasks throughout general production area facilities; * Assist in selecting (receiving) vegetables, meats, fish, and cereals for food preparation; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Prepare juices, salads, and teas. Requirements: * Completed High School Education * At least 18 years of age
