Job Summary:
This position involves supervising and assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being, hygiene, and participation in therapies, as well as supporting the nursing team.

* Identify areas requiring attention at locations designated by the lead caregiver (e.g., rooms, external bathrooms)
* Call and encourage patients to attend meals and therapeutic activities
* Supervise residents' self-care (bathing, shaving, nail care), sort and label soiled clothing, and store it in the appropriate location
* Observe the distribution of razors and hygiene tools that may pose risks, as well as clothing exchanges among residents
* Support the nursing and therapeutic teams in their assigned activities
* Report/document resident resistance to performing morning care or any other change in behavioral patterns
* Support shift handover with the substitute or replaced team leader upon arrival and departure from the shift
* Supervise patients' hygiene and behavior, and inform nursing staff whenever deviations from standard occur
* Monitor and assist residents at risk of falls who get up at night to go to the bathroom or for any other need
* Report incidents to the entire caregiver team for discussion and development of actions to minimize or eliminate such occurrences
* Inspect rooms to identify harmful or inappropriate items kept therein
* Provide assistance for patients' needs

* Pay attention to cigarette usage, excessive consumption, and exchanges
* Receive personal belongings and snacks from families (sort and register)
* Other duties relevant to this position.
Requirements:
Completed High School Education
At least 18 years of age
