




**Description:** **Technical or technological course in the following areas:** mechanical, instrumentation, industrial automation, robotics, electromechanics, electro-technology, or electronics. Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in activities related to verification, inspection, or manufacturing of industrial materials, and use of measuring instruments. Verify and validate Material Release Certificates (MRC), Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment Approval Certificates (PPE/CPE AC), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), quality certificates, licenses, and other technical documents. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of materials according to purchase orders and technical specifications (FD, ET, RM, DE, etc.). Digitize and upload documents into the client’s information system. Receive, verify, and record invoices and transport manifests (CT-e), logging discrepancies when identified. Guide vehicle drivers during delivery procedures, assessing safety conditions prior to unloading. Perform physical and accounting receipt in the SAP/R3 system. Create, manage, and update the physical and systemic location of materials in the unit’s warehouses. Carry out material sorting and internal movement as requested. Maintain warehouse organization, integrity, and cleanliness. Perform material and equipment preservation activities in accordance with the established plan and guidance from Inspection. Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting cyclic, partial, and annual inventories per schedule. Support inventory coordination in investigating movements, recounting, and item tracking.
