**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Analyze and control the company’s fiscal documents and transactions. * Prepare and review fiscal and tax compliance reports. * Calculate taxes and contributions, ensuring fulfillment of ancillary obligations. * Support internal departments on matters related to tax legislation. * Monitor changes in tax legislation and their implications for the company. * Participate in tax audits and collaborate on implementing process improvements. * Develop and deliver training on tax legislation for internal teams. * Use management systems for controlling and recording fiscal information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. * Experience in financial data analysis and reporting. * Proficiency in management tools and accounting software. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in tax or fiscal areas. * Experience in tax auditing. * Knowledge of tax planning. **Benefits:** Health insurance, Internal benefits, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
