




**Description** We are looking for an intern to work in the **HR** department, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the main HR subsystems. You will interact with online training tools, onboarding, employee training and development, support the organization of capacity-building initiatives, and collaborate with a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously learning team. If you are interested in people development, enjoy learning, and wish to begin your career in an environment that values growth and knowledge sharing, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** Support all logistical aspects of training activities; assist in onboarding new employees; support the creation of instructional materials (presentations, printing, kits); provide support in organizing internal events and internal marketing initiatives; complete HR metrics and update control spreadsheets. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
