Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing execution and communication plans, mapping Supply Chain processes, providing methodological support, and identifying continuous improvements. Identification and prioritization of continuous improvements **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop execution, communication, and project monitoring plans for Supply Chain projects; * Perform process mapping and design using corporate tools, as well as maintain the Supply Chain process repository; * Provide methodological support to Supply Chain areas in facilitating discussions and optimizing work methods and processes; * Identify, prioritize, and implement risk and impact mitigation plans; * Execute Change Management activities (e.g., communication, training, etc.); * Generate and prepare operational and performance reports and indicators; * Provide insights to identify and prioritize continuous process improvement initiatives; * Support automation efforts for controls and performance reporting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Statistics, and/or Economics; * Preferred: 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. **Selection Process Steps** * Application * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to Infotec!** We are Infotec Brasil, a national reference company in service outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), and workforce solutions.
