Your role is to transform incidents into data and act swiftly when unforeseen events occur. If you possess an analytical mindset, enjoy solving real-time problems, and understand that every data point tells a story, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Incident Management:** Proactively identify and respond to critical fleet alerts and incidents in real time; * **Data Analysis:** Transform monitoring records into analytical reports, identifying behavioral patterns and areas for client improvement; * **Client Interface:** Serve as a consultative point of contact for reporting severe incidents and supporting problem resolution; * **Strategic Monitoring:** Use our technology to ensure compliance with safety and logistics rules; * **Dashboard Updates:** Ensure the incident database remains up-to-date to feed our performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, Data Science, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automations) and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (BI); * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence solutions aimed at optimizing operational processes and enabling continuous system improvement; * Availability to work **7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 12x36 shift schedule**; * Willingness to work onsite (located at Parque Tecnológico da Bahia). **Expected Profile** * Experience or aptitude in data analysis; * Ability to make quick decisions under pressure during critical incidents; * Assertive Communication: You must communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with clients; * Solution-Oriented Mindset: Focus on identifying root causes—not just symptoms. **Benefits of Being INFLEET** * Collaborative and flexible work environment; * Birthday Day Off; * Wellhub; * Meal Allowance (via Caju card) R$1\.000,00 * Transportation Allowance (via Caju card) R$150,00 * Health and Dental Insurance (100% covered by INFLEET)
