About the position: We are seeking a **Senior Support Analyst** to join our IT team. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of servers and networks. Key responsibilities: * Work in infrastructure, focusing on servers, switches, firewalls, and cybersecurity. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and networking equipment; * Monitor and perform maintenance on servers and network assets, ensuring availability and performance; * Document technical tickets, solutions applied, and activities performed. * Work semi-independently, with final decisions guided by supervisors. * Professionals with well-developed maturity. Mandatory requirements: * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Completed high school education (technical or higher education degree in IT fields preferred); * Prior experience in the sector; * Ability to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve technical issues; * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
