




Higher Education Center offering **distance learning (EAD) and hybrid** programs is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support administrative and academic routines and provide student services, ensuring organization, operational efficiency, and high-quality service. **Responsibilities** * Carry out the Center’s administrative routines; * Organize, verify, and archive physical and digital documents; * Enter and update data in the academic management system; * Support enrollment, re-enrollment, transfers, course suspensions, and cancellations; * Provide in-person service to students and prospective students; * Provide telephone, WhatsApp, and email support; * Guide students on using the EAD platform, academic deadlines, and institutional procedures; * Record and track academic and administrative requests; * Assist in organizing in-person exams, hybrid activities, and academic events; * Serve as liaison among students, the Center’s coordination team, and the educational institution; * Prepare administrative controls, spreadsheets, and reports. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service; * Experience working in academic secretariats, EAD centers, or educational institutions; * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in administrative or educational fields. **Behavioral Competencies** * Empathy and courtesy in service delivery; * Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines; * Teamwork; * Ethical and professional conduct; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Aptitude for public service.
