




A company in the process of expansion, located in the central region of Belo Horizonte, is seeking a professional to support the business's administrative routines, contributing to the organization of internal processes and providing support to operational areas. What this position involves: Performing general administrative routines, including data entry and updates in internal systems, organizing and controlling physical and digital documents, supporting archiving, spreadsheets and reports, managing purchase orders, contracts and invoices, as well as attending to employees, suppliers and partners by phone, e-mail and in person. The role will also support internal processes such as mail handling, office supplies management, addressing various administrative requests, and basic coordination with departments such as Finance and HR, when necessary. What we seek in this profile: Completed high school education, prior experience in administrative routines, knowledge of administrative processes, and intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. What we offer: CLT salary of R$ 1.750,00, meal allowance of R$ 21.00 per day, and transportation allowance. Work schedule and location: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with on-site work in the central region of Belo Horizonte.
