RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and building installations. Perform minor repairs on doors, furniture, walls, floors, and other structures. Support maintenance of non-medical equipment (air conditioning, lighting, pumps, etc.). Monitor third-party service providers when necessary. Record performed activities in spreadsheets, work orders, or internal systems. Maintain organization and preservation of tools and work materials. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and hospital protocols. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: Completed High School Education NR10 Certification Desirable: Prior experience in the field is a plus.
